Are you a software engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges, building scalable solutions, and mentoring the next generation of developers?
We're looking for a Senior Developer - IT to join our growing technology team in Chicago. This is a great opportunity to influence architecture decisions, lead critical development initiatives, and work with modern technologies across web, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
Lead development projects from design through deployment
Build and optimize scalable applications
Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions
Mentor developers and help shape technical strategy
✅ What we're looking for: • 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience with .NET, Java, or similar modern technologies
• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Knowledge of CI/CD, integrations, and modern development practices
• U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship available)
