Job description
ecoATM Gazelle is seeking a Senior Director, Consumer Insights to lead the consumer and market insights function, providing data-driven understanding of customer behavior, motivations and trends to inform product, marketing and business strategy.
This role will build scalable insights through quantitative and qualitative research, transaction data, and competitive intelligence, partnering with the executive team to guide strategy during post-acquisition growth and IPO readiness.
