EisnerAmper in New York seeks a Tax Director for the Employee Benefits Group to lead technical, strategic, and client-service aspects of the employee benefits tax practice. The role requires strong leadership, deep tax knowledge, and the ability to shape deliverables across clients and engagements.
Ideal candidates hold a CPA, JD, or LL.M. in Taxation with 10+ years in employee benefits taxation and executive compensation, including Sections 409A/83(b)/457, ERISA, and related reporting.
