UroGen Pharma is seeking a Senior Director, Field Reimbursement – West to lead the regional FRM team and translate the national market access strategy into effective field execution. The role manages recruitment, coaching, and performance, working across Market Access, Patient Support Services, and Sales to improve patient access and address payer needs.
The position requires strong leadership, Medicare knowledge, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with ~50% travel.
