Job description
NeighborWorks America is hiring a Senior Director, New Business Development in Washington, DC for a hybrid role focused on securing unrestricted, multi-year philanthropic funding. You will identify and cultivate new donors, design donor frameworks, and lead end-to-end fundraising efforts with senior leadership.
The candidate will work with the CEO and VP to align opportunities with strategic priorities, manage a disciplined pipeline, and drive long-term growth in a mission-driven organization.
