About The Team
You’ll build and lead the function at the center of Invoca's value story — four product areas that together answer one question customers ask every day: what is all this data telling me, and what should I do about it?
Integrations — AI Agent and MarTech/AdTech integrations
Insights & Analytics — our customer-facing analytics suite
Interaction Tracking — capturing and tracking the interactions that trigger AI Agents
Data Standardization — a unified consumer profile stitching together digital journeys and brand–consumer engagement
These four have historically lived in different parts of the org. We're bringing them together under one leader because the real opportunity isn't any one of them in isolation — it's the connective tissue between them: using AI to turn unstructured conversation and interaction data into structured, actionable insight at scale, delivered in a way customers can see and act on immediately.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product to own Revenue Intelligence & Analytics at Invoca. You’ll lead 4 scrum teams and 4 direct reports, each owning one of: Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization. You’ll report to the EVP of Product and sit on the R&D Senior Leadership Team, representing this portfolio in company-level strategy conversations.
The single most important thing this role owns is proving value. Invoca captures an enormous amount of conversational and behavioral data on behalf of our customers. Your job is to make sure that data doesn't just sit in a warehouse — it gets turned into structured, trustworthy insight, delivered through the product, where customers can point to it and say "this made me money" or "this made my team better." You’ll do this by bringing a strong, AI-fluent point of view on how unstructured data becomes structured insight, and by building and coaching a team of product leaders who can execute against it.
This is a build-and-lead role, not a build-alone one. We need someone who can go deep enough technically to have real opinions about Databricks-powered data pipelines and MCP-driven integrations, and who can also run a team of PMs, set a north star, and hold a high bar for what "shipped value" looks like.
You Will
Own the Portfolio
Set product strategy and roadmap across Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization as one connected portfolio, not four disconnected roadmaps
Define and own how Invoca turns unstructured data (calls, SMS, agent interactions) into structured, AI-generated insight that customers can act on immediately
Partner with Data Engineering on our Databricks-based data platform to ensure the underlying architecture can support the insight and analytics products built on top of it
Own the customer value narrative for this portfolio: ensure every product has a clear, quantifiable story for the value it delivers, and use that story to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
Represent this portfolio on the R&D Senior Leadership Team; bring proactive ideas and investment cases to company-level strategy conversations, not just status updates
Lead
Manage, coach, and grow 4 product leaders, each owning one of the core product areas in this portfolio
Set and uphold a high bar for what "done" means — not just shipped, but demonstrably valuable to customers
Build and run a healthy agile operating cadence across 4 scrum teams: prioritization, roadmap reviews, cross-team dependency management
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Customer Success, and GTM leadership to align priorities and remove blockers
Represent Invoca's data and insights story externally with customers and prospects, and periodically with analysts or press. This role requires flexibility for travel
Make AI the Engine, Not a Feature
Build a clear, evolving point of view on which AI/ML approaches are right for turning conversational and interaction data into structured insight
Push the team to use AI not just in the product, but in how the team works: research synthesis, insight generation, customer analysis
Ensure the AI-driven insights this portfolio produces are trustworthy, explainable, and something customers will actually act on — not just impressive demos
You Have
Enterprise SaaS Product Leadership: 8+ years of product management experience in B2B/enterprise SaaS, with 4+ years managing other product managers or product leaders
Unstructured-to-Structured Data Expertise: Direct experience owning products or features that use AI/ML to turn unstructured data (calls, SMS, transcripts, agent notes) into structured, actionable insight
Analytics/BI Platform Experience: Experience owning a customer-facing analytics or BI product; direct experience with an embedded analytics platform is a strong plus
Data Platform Fluency: Comfortable partnering with data engineering on modern data platforms; experience with Databricks or a similar data lakehouse (e.g., Snowflake) is helpful
People Leadership: Proven track record managing a team of product managers/leaders across multiple scrum teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
Value-Driven Communicator: Able to build and tell a clear, quantified value story to customers and executives — you can walk
