In Hastings, MI, you’ll spearhead product quality and ASTM conformance while nurturing a team that thrives on accountability and continuous improvement.You WillStand up and evolve quality system procedures that explicitly align to ASTM standards.Manage quality control processes to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.Lead and mentor QA professionals; cultivate career growth and best-in-class execution.Run periodic audits and risk-based assessments; implement durable corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to rapidly contain and resolve quality issues.Track changes in ASTM requirements and translate them into practical workflows.Report performance and compliance insights to senior leadership with clarity and precision.Champion a company-wide quality mindset rooted in engagement and ownership.You HaveBachelor’s degree in Engineering/Quality (Master’s a plus).7+ years of quality and compliance experience, including 3+ years leading teams.Robust command of ASTM standards and quality management systems.Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements through QA initiatives.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Communication finesse and the ability to partner across functions.Resilience in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.Preferred credentials: Six Sigma, ASQ, or equivalent.You KnowAS9100 Quality SystemsAerospace ManufacturingAS9100 ExperienceBlueprint ReadingYou UseQuality Control SoftwareReady to set a higher bar for product quality and compliance?
