Lead 9–12 Tropical Smoothie Cafés, earn up to $130K in total compensation, and grow with a 40+ unit franchisee that's still expanding.

We're a leading Tropical Smoothie Café franchisee with 30+ locations and more on the way. We're looking for a District Manager to lead cafés in the Metro Detroit area to help raise the bar across our organization.
Position Summary
The District Manager oversees 9–12 Tropical Smoothie Café locations in Metro Detroit. You'll coach and support Café Managers while growing sales, profitability, operational consistency, and team development. You'll report to the Director of Operations. This role suits a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop Café Managers and their teams
Oversee hiring, staffing, and scheduling so every café is set up to succeed
Ensure compliance with company and brand standards, health inspections, and operational audits
Manage district P&Ls, including sales, labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction
Review inventory, ordering, and cost controls with Café Managers
Conduct regular café visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
Identify and develop future leaders from within
Support new café openings and company growth initiatives
Build a positive, accountable culture aligned with SERVE's core values

What You Bring
3+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or hospitality
A track record of leading teams and improving business results
Experience managing labor, food cost, sales, and profitability
Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel regularly between assigned cafés
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Legal authorization to work in the United States
