Job description
Adecco is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst responsible for accurate financial reporting along with responsibilities in Budgeting & Forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and provide comprehensive narratives for business decision-making
Evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures
Identify cost savings opportunities through income statement analysis
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Research and document GAAP-related issues for external financial reporting
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end analyses
Review and validate expenses for proper authorization and compliance
Support cross-training initiatives within the accounting team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of related accounting & finance experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving xhmxlyz skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Preferred:
CPA certification
Public accounting experience
