Job description
The Wellness Pet Company is seeking an experienced leader to head Food Safety and Quality at its Minnesota facility. You will guide FSMA compliance, drive BRCGS certification, and integrate QA/FS processes to meet corporate quality standards.
You will manage audits, CAPAs, training, and cross-functional initiatives, building a high-performance team while upholding Wellness Pet values and protecting pet health across production lines.
