Title : Senior FP&A Associate
Firm : Leading $50B+ Alternative Asset Manager
Location/In-Office Policy: Midtown, NYC; 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
Compensation : $130k - $160k base plus bonus opportunity
A leading $50B+ global alternative asset manager is looking to add a Senior FP&A Associate to its growing team in New York City.

What you’ll be doing:
Support firmwide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools
Analyze financial performance and identify key business trends
Prepare management reporting and presentations for senior leadership
Partner with teams across the organization on strategic and financial initiatives
Provide analysis to support business planning and decision-making
Qualifications :
2–5 years of experience in FP&A from an asset management firm / investment firm
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation abilities
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
