Objectives of this Role:
Collaborating closely with product and design teams to identify and implement optimal cloud-based front-end solutions
Defining and documenting best practices and strategies for modern front-end architecture and development
Mentoring and guiding front-end development teams in building visually compelling, user-centric business software
Ensuring application performance, scalability, and maintain high standards of code quality and design
Coordinating with offshore front-end development teams to maintain alignment and execution quality

What You'll Be Doing:
Participating in all phases of the software development life cycle: planning, requirements, development, testing, and deployment
Troubleshooting and resolving incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing proactive measures to prevent future issues
Championing the adoption of modern front-end technologies and share expertise across the team
Anticipating and solving technical problems with a focus on business impact and productivity
Advocating for user experience through thoughtful interface design and usability considerations
Leveraging data to inform product and design decisions
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Deep expertise in Angular and front-end architecture
Experience with cloud application deployment, preferably on AWS
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Git, Jenkins, and SonarQube
Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
Proficient with Visual Studio, Git, JIRA, unit testing, debugging, and profiling in a Microsoft tech stack environment
Angular and/or AWS certifications are a plus
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 a year
