Job description
Mercer is seeking a Lead Health & Benefits Consultant to manage and advise client accounts for large market employers on medical, dental, life, and disability plans. This hybrid role can be based in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston or Philadelphia, requiring three days in the office.
You will lead complex engagements, develop renewal strategies, and ensure profitable service delivery while expanding revenues with new clients and representing Mercer’s industry insights.
