Job description
Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a General Manager to oversee HOA administration, budgeting, procurement, contract relations, accounting, and maintenance across a broad property portfolio.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years in community association management with supervisory experience and strong leadership. Bachelor’s degree preferred; CCAM CMCA designations desired. Monday–Friday, on-site in California.
