Job description

Stanford University’s Doerr School of Sustainability is seeking a senior HR professional to support academic, non-academic staff, and faculty. The role is based on Stanford's main campus with potential for a hybrid schedule, reporting to the Director for Human Resources and Faculty Affairs.

You will lead HR/FA processes, advise leaders, review appointments, and help with recruitment, retention, and staff development, ensuring alignment with university policies.
