Job description
Kedrion Biopharma Inc. in Fort Lee, NJ is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support multiple locations with expert guidance across employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
You will partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, conduct investigations, deliver training, and provide data-driven insights through HR reports and KPI dashboards. Travel up to 50% and a+HR experience preferred.
