Job description
SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Investigator (Employee Relations) to independently lead sensitive investigations across the organization.
The role requires thorough fact-finding, objective reporting, and strong communication with HR business partners and leadership. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in employee relations investigations, experience with e-discovery, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams while maintaining confidentiality.
