Job description
1440 Foods is seeking a Senior HR Manager for our Indiana manufacturing facility. You will oversee employee relations, training, compensation, and safety, partnering with leadership to drive an engaged workforce aligned with our values. This is a on-site role in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in HR, 5+ in leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and SHRM credentials. Experience in food manufacturing and OSHA/FDA familiarity are preferred.
