You’ll guide HR transformations, improve process efficiency, and manage people risks across federal, state, local, and education clients.
You will engage with leaders, design change strategies, and mentor teams while collaborating to deliver innovative, practical solutions in a fast-changing environment. Travel 20–30% is typical.
