Job description
Cisco is seeking a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer to own Hypershield incidents for Nexus N9300 fabric and on-prem controllers. You will diagnose failures, reproduce issues, and drive fixes with engineering while communicating with customers and building reliable practices.
The role demands deep networking expertise, methodical diagnosis, and the ability to operate at the interface of customer environments and Cisco engineering. A strong Linux/Kubernetes background is required.
