Job description
INEOS Oxide in Pasadena, Texas seeks an IEA Reliability Engineer Supervisor to lead site instrumentation, electrical, and analyzer reliability programs. You will mentor two engineers, coordinate with operations, maintenance, and process engineering to improve equipment availability, safety, and environmental compliance.
The role requires strong leadership, experience with PHAs, MOCs, LOPAs, PSSRs and turning around outages.
