Job description
Young Brothers LLC is seeking a Port Engineer to direct the operational readiness, maintenance, and compliance of an eight-vessel tug fleet valued over $100M. You will manage the engineering staff, oversee budgets, and enforce safety culture across vessels and shore operations.
The role requires leading regulatory inspections and coordinating dry-docks and surveys with internal teams and regulators.
