Job description
Rain is hiring for IT support, services and automation roles across its offices. You will own end-user support, onboarding, asset management and process documentation while driving automation using Python/JavaScript and Okta Workflows.
You’ll manage SaaS licenses, vendor reviews, and secure on-site IT, networking and AV across multiple Rain offices. The role emphasizes security compliance, posture with CrowdStrike, JumpCloud and Okta, and building AI-assisted self-service flows.
