Job description
WoltersKluwer seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to provide broad legal guidance across commercial, contractual, regulatory, and day-to-day matters with a focus on healthcare industry stakeholders including providers, payers, pharmacies, pharmaceutical entities, and HIT suppliers.
You will structure, draft and negotiate complex agreements (SaaS, licensing, services) and work with senior leadership on regulatory exposures, while coordinating with outside counsel and global GLCD teams.
