Job description
New York City Emergency Management is seeking a Legal Director of Civil and Human Rights to oversee compliance with a federal court settlement and related civil rights mandates across NYCEM units and partner agencies.
The role involves coordinating with the Corporation Counsel’s Office, conducting legal research, and supporting emergency planning and response with an equity lens, including Disability and Access and Functional Needs populations.
