Job description
Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Senior Photolithography Scanner Metrology Engineer to develop and optimize metrology solutions for advanced lithography. You will focus on overlay measurement, alignment accuracy, and scanner–metrology interaction to ensure precise pattern placement in DRAM manufacturing.
This role requires 5+ years in scanner metrology, hands-on experience with KLA metrology tools, and a strong data-driven approach.
