Job Description
Prominent, long standing, Law Firm focusing on Complex Litigation cases both Civil Litigation and Commercial Litigation seeks an Experienced Litigation Paralegal. This firm focuses on various areas of law including Personal Injury, Product Liability, Catastrophe cases, Commercial/Business Litigation cases and more.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years plus of Litigation experience as a Paralegal
Must be able to work on Complex Litigation Cases
Able to draft Pleadings
Excellent Research and Writing skills
Knowledge of the Local Rules and Civil Procedures
Possess Excellent Discovery Skills
Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, etc.
Computer savvy in MSWord, Excel and Outlook
Case Management Experience
Trial experience helpful
Job Description:
Drafting and editing correspondence and pleadings
Monitoring Calendar deadlines
Working closely with the Attorneys
E-filing
Case Management
Preparing for Depositions, Mediations, Arbitrations and Trials
Preparing Exhibit Binders
