Job description
Jaybird Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will oversee daily operations, drive resident satisfaction, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
You’ll recruit and mentor on-site staff, partner with healthcare coordinators, monitor finances, and steer occupancy growth through marketing, outreach, and community relations.
