Job description
Spring Hills Middletown is actively seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the community’s physical plant and engineering operations. You will lead maintenance and housekeeping teams, ensure safety, and drive a proactive maintenance program that supports a welcoming environment for residents.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience in facilities management, knowledge of HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, and a hands-on leadership approach.
