Job description
Avamere at Rio Rancho seeks a Director of Sales and Outreach to drive occupancy in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Lead sales, marketing, and outreach, guiding families through transitions and closing sales to meet occupancy goals.
The role requires leading tours, building referral partnerships, and executing events; you will manage a full sales cycle and act as the community's appointed brand ambassador.
