Job description
Girtz Industries, Inc. seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to design, plan, and startup a new facility serving the power generation industry. Lead production layout, equipment selection, and process development for large, heavy fabricated steel components.
You will drive lean improvements, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and plan safe, productive workflows from day one. This role offers ownership of the facility setup and continuous optimization efforts.
