Layup Parts is seeking a highly organized Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruiting across our production and manufacturing organization. This hands-on role focuses on moving quickly, sourcing proactively, and building repeatable hiring channels beyond inbound applicants.
You will oversee full-cycle recruiting for composites technicians, CNC machinists, skilled trades, and other production roles, partnering with operations leaders to forecast needs and drive fast, high-quality hires
