Job description
Lam Research in Tualatin, Oregon is seeking a Materials Scientist 4 to join the Deposition Product Group Materials Science & Technology. You will lead materials development, characterization, and failure analysis to advance Lam’s deposition tools in a fast-paced environment.
You will work in a cross-functional team across engineering disciplines, applying advanced materials science to design robust hardware and extend hardware lifetimes, within an on-site, collaborative setting.
