Job description
Gilder Search Group in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC and plumbing design for healthcare and higher education projects from preconstruction through completion. You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teams, and perform load calculations, sizing, and equipment selection using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring Title 24 compliance.
The role includes ESOP ownership, a $150,000+ base, annual incentive bonus, a $500 monthly
