Job description
Serco Inc. seeks a Medical Review Specialist to support the CMS CERT program, performing case management of medical records, abstraction, and compliance with documentation requirements.
Responsibilities include ICD-9-CM/ICD-10-CM, CPT-4 coding review, medical record audits for necessity, and adherence to PIM/SOW CMS directives. Bachelor's or RN degree preferred with licensure; strong Microsoft Office skills and organizational ability are essential.
