Job description
Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to produce high-quality custom metal components in a precision sheet metal environment. This role will interpret blueprints, set up and operate MIG welding equipment, perform layout and fabrication, and inspect finished work to meet tight tolerances and quality standards. The senior welder will mentor junior team members, follow strict safety procedures, and support continuous improvement in processes, productivity, and workmanship on the production floor.
