Job description
Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to produce high-quality custom sheet metal components in our Alto, GA facility. In this role, you will interpret blueprints, set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment, fit and assemble parts, and perform quality checks to meet precise specifications. You will collaborate with engineering and production teams, follow strict safety and quality standards, and help train junior team members while supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor.
