Job description
Appalachian Regional Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Head Nurse Manager to supervise nursing services within an assigned unit and ensure safe, effective patient care.
You will plan, organize and control department activities and maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of nurses, provide direct patient care when needed, manage staffing, budgets and infection control, and support ongoing professional development.
