Job description
WTZ Wetzel County Hospital in New Martinsville is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead Nursing/Patient Care Areas, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with standards.
This role directs operations, collaborates with the CEO and Finance on budgets, mentors staff, and drives quality improvement and safety initiatives.
Five years nursing experience with at least two in management; BSN and RN license required; MSN preferred.
