Job description
DHL Supply Chain North America is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a diverse team, optimize workflows, and drive safety and efficiency across warehouses. You will develop staffing plans, standardize processes, and ensure Customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ years in logistics, and 2+ years in a supervisory role, with strong P&L awareness and cross-functional collaboration.
