Job description
BHC is seeking a Project Director to serve as the senior Owner’s Representative for a portfolio of luxury hospitality assets. You will steer design integrity, operational alignment, and value creation while leading multiple complex projects and mentoring teams.
In this role you will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and risks, ensuring exceptional quality and guest experience from ground-up developments to renovations. Extensive travel and on-site leadership are required.
