Job description
Trustly is seeking a senior risk-focused leader to own risk relationships for a portfolio of customers in a hybrid role based out of San Francisco or New York. You will drive risk reporting, pricing rationale, and remediation plans, collaborating with risk, commercial, and product teams to optimize approval rates while managing expected loss and guarantee tiers.
You will guide pilots, quantify trade-offs, and structure non-standard terms, with travel up to 25% in the US and Canada.
