DocGo in New York, NY is seeking a Manager, Employee Administration & Shared Services to lead People operations onsite. You will oversee employee administration, promotions, transfers, and changes, while partnering with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Legal to ensure accurate, timely processing.
The role requires 5+ years HR experience, strong communication, and a solid understanding of employment law and compliance, with experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
