Job description

Conviva Primary Care, a Humana subsidiary, is seeking a Primary Care Physician for our Daytona, FL clinic. You will report to the Associate Medical Director and be onsite at the Palm Coast clinic.

The role features a typical 40-hour workweek with 15 patient visits per day, longer 45-minute appointments, and an emphasis on comprehensive senior care. You will be part of Humana’s Conviva Senior Primary Care team and participate in value-based, person-centered care.
