Job description
James Hardie is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in Ohio to support day‑to‑day extrusion operations and lead long‑term continuous improvement initiatives. You will focus on troubleshooting extrusion processes, improving equipment reliability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and driving process optimization across manufacturing.
