Job description
Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered.
Your assignment will include litigation management for Dow and its affiliated companies, including asbestos personal injury matters and other product liability actions. You will independently provide legal counsel, draft and review documents, manage external counsel, coordinate discovery, and set strategic directions for caseloads while
