Job description
Three Pillars Recruiting seeks a Senior Product Manager with deep post-acute operations experience to drive the EHR roadmap for SNF and ALF facilities. You will own feature Stories, acceptance criteria, and work with the CEO and Director of Product Management to translate operator needs into shipped software.
You will work closely with engineers to ensure the EMR delivers real value, shaping rollout plans and training programs while maintaining a tight feedback loop with facilities.
