Job description
Amazon Logistics (AMZL) North America Learning & Development seeks a motivated Program Manager to support onboarding trainings, manage business reporting, and drive continuous improvement across the NA network. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication with stakeholders, and ability to work with minimal direction.
You will partner with analytics to automate reporting, lead small process improvements, and ensure programs meet success measures.
