Seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience leading large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. Skilled in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and delivering complex builds on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Direct overall project planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple phases
Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement for high-value projects
Lead and mentor project teams, engineers, and superintendents
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align objectives
Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and compliance with safety standards
Provide executive‑level reporting and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Education & Skills
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
Proven track record managing multi-million euro/dollar projects
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
Salary
Up to $240k base
