Job description
EDF power solutions seeks a Senior Legal Counsel - Real Estate to shape the renewable energy portfolio by overseeing real estate due diligence for major project acquisitions and dispositions, and supporting project financing.
You will draft and negotiate land leases, easements, purchase agreements, and title curative documents for solar, storage, and wind assets, while advising on development, operations, and asset optimization.
